Once again, the tool that helps us find our phone when we lose sight, Find My iPhone, surprises us with a new story that took place in Los Angeles. Last Thursday, a robber stole a purse from a woman at gunpoint when she was at home. The robber fled without knowing that inside the bag and found s an iPhone that could be tracked.
When police arrived at the scene, the victim reported that they could track the whereabouts of the thief used Find My iPhone. Immediately, the police gained access to a laptop and the whereabouts of the device. A few minutes later, the robber was arrested and brought to justice. The victim was able to retrieve her purse and iPhone that helped police find the suspect.
Find My iPhone becomes a star in one of the stories from this week.
