With CustomColor can add color to the names of your icons, both in the dock as the rest of the Springboard (separately), you can even assign a color to each icon. It is best to not use Winterboard, the tool to customize the iPhone that much battery consuming and in many cases reduces the speed of your iPhone.
Still not working very well, and sometimes the colors do not look, but hopefully the developer to update it soon.
