Since last night Siri Dictation is available for everyone to install it on iPhone 4, iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 4G with iOS 5 and jailbreak.
The application is called Siri0us and can be downloaded for free on Cydia, just add the repo:

Button will appear next to the microphone button space Siri, and press Activate voice recognition and your iPhone will type everything you say, yes, in English, Spanish, I do not recognized.
This modification does not use a key file or iPhone 4S, so it is completely legal to install it, not as Siri, we are told that the code requires Apple hackers and would be illegal to install on our iPhones 4.
