Lodsys still going all out in their lawsuit to a large number of developers who use the "buy within the app." According Lodsys legal team, this idea of purchasing system within an application is registered in your name and sued the developers have not paid for the use of his idea. Apple decided to take action on the matter and requested evidence at the trial. Obviously, Lodsys has opposed intervention by Apple in the development of such a case, as expressed in a court.
