iStartupMovie works much like iStartupSound is a tweak that lets you add a personalized video to load Springboard, ie they play each time you reboot or do a respring.
Are several videos by default but you can put a custom putting it in this path:
/ Var / mobile / Library / StartupMovies
You can download it for free on Cydia.
Need to be jailbroken.
