It was once said that Apple and Nuance planned a major collaboration between the two companies to bring the iPhone the option of voice to text and so keep up the Android on this. That announcement is expected these days in a major event, but today we still official response from any of the two companies.
9to5Mac has made some curious images that reveal this innovation in action. As can be seen to be activated by pressing the button on the microphone next to the spacebar.
Once you click on that button would appear that another screen where you leave your post. At the end, our written words appear directly on screen, ready to send to the recipient.
This functionality would be present in small screen devices, ie the iPhone is expected to bring not fitted as standard.
We now do not have the latest beta of IOS 5. Can anyone confirm it works well or is present in the 5.0 firmware beta 5?
