This week has landed in the App Store a new tool from Google that will become a tough competitor to Flipboard. Google Currents was until recently available only in U.S. territory, but it is accessible to everyone. With this new app from Google we have organized the news media like ABC, CBS, Forbes and The Guardian, including photography, video, image galleries and integration with social networks.
Google also adds its own Currents "trending topics" showing the most relevant news for the last hour produced in various areas: entertainment, international, sports and science, among others. Of course, just as in Flipboard, Google can add to the sites we visited Currents normally.
If you go to download Google Currents, do not hesitate to add the feed of current iPhone.
