It seems that not many people have viewed positively the purchase of Instagram by Facebook. The successful application was launched a few days ago for devices with Android, another reason to dislike Apple. And it debuted Instagram IOS devices and has been, from day one of the most downloaded applications, making it No. 1 in 2011. Currently, Instagram has 30 million active users in IOS.
The jump to Android has given very positive results, because now able to bring more than five million users in just a few days. However, Phil Schiller, Apple vice president of marketing, sees this as a negative jump. According to Schiller "Instagram reached its peak in IOS and can no longer return to that level." To that, you add the fact that value is lost "small community after the union with Facebook."
Do you share the thoughts of Schiller or think it's good for the community of Instagram increase to billions of people?
