Because of stock issues with the iPhone 4 of 16 GB and white, Apple is being forced to replace the terminals with problems 4S iPhone models with 16 GB of the same color but refurbished (model also give you if you send your unit the SAT).
The replacements are made in the Genius Bar in Apple Store but has not confirmed that all stores adopt this posture (the U.S. and Canada are confirmed).
If you're in this situation, find out because if your iPhone 4 white 16GB has hardware problems, maybe you can get an iPhone 4S free.
