Curious is a modification of Ryan Petrich, the author of Activator, telling us to notify you when an update is available for a tweak or application we have in Cydia.
You can set it to check for updates every hour, every two hours, every 6 hours, every day, every week or every time you respring. Note that this check will spend some of your battery and data rate if you have WiFi at the time.
You can download it for free on Cydia, you'll find http://rpetri.ch/repo repo. You need to have jailbroken your device.
