WWDC Coverage 2011 (I): First figures (continuous updating)

Steve Jobs appeared on stage to "talk about software." At WWDC 5200 attendees have come and tickets have sold out in just ten hours.

Currently there are 54 million Mac users and growing. 75% of Macs sold are notebooks and the model that has experienced higher growth is the MacBook Air.

To celebrate 10 years of Mac OS X, Apple Lion with more than 250 new (multi-touch gestures, scrollbars disappear, Mission Control ...). Apple has removed many of the functions of IOS to their computers.
