Personally I like to have different photo albums on the iPhone to organize my snapshots. I think the device is ideal for quick photos, but to organize them prefer using applications like Aperture or Lightroom on your computer.
On the iPad it is different. It seems to me an interesting device to take pictures, but to show them to anyone and be able to create different photo albums can be very useful, and may even be an option worth consider for professional or advanced amateur photographers who are taking their first steps with customer orders and the like. Of course, it is also interesting for anyone who wants to show photos to family or friends.
In either of the two devices, the photos taken from the device itself are stored by default in an album called reel, but you can create new albums. Also, some applications create their own albums within the Photos app. Once created, you can rename these albums, though perhaps not so obvious a way as would be expected Want to discover how you rename photo albums on iPhone or iPad, then keep reading?
Rename the photo albums on iPhone or iPod touch
- Open the Photos app and navigate to the screen showing all the photo albums of the device.
- Click the Edit button in the upper right corner.
- Tap with your finger on the name of the album you want to change the name to bring up the keyboard.
- Deletes the current name and type that you want to put.
- Click on OK in the upper right corner to complete the changes.
Rename the photo albums on iPad or iPad mini
Renaming a photo album on an iPad or iPad mini is a precedimiento identical to that described for the iPhone or iPod touch, although at first glance look different from the way you have the device show albums (with thumbnails instead of a mode list).
- Open the Photos app and navigate to the screen showing all the photo albums of the device.
- Click the Edit button in the upper right corner.
- When showing the X in the upper left corner of each album touches a finger on the name of the album you want to change the name to bring up the keyboard.
- Deletes the current name and type that you want to put.
- Click on OK in the upper right corner to complete the changes.
As we can see the change of name of an album on an iPad, iPhone, iPod touch or iPad mini is incredibly simple and we can do it as many times as you want.
Importantly, the albums created by applications can also rename, but if we take a picture with this particular application will create a new album with the name you need, so you could have a pretty big mess of albums should not be a little careful.
