A few hours ago several websites echoed a statement by the industrial designer Philippe Starck, who claimed "to be working on a secret project for Apple." Furthermore, the interview with the designer said "is working on designing a revolutionary new product that will be released in about eight months." All voices pointing to the future Apple TV that could be presented later this year. But there was something strange in this story: since when a designer who works for Apple leaks this information?
Well, Apple has been quick to deny these reports and denied that the designer Starck is currently working with the company. Yes it is true that Starck has worked in the past with Apple, designing components of the Mac, but it seems that this time it was a mistake. As noted by the site AllThingsD , Philippe Starck could have actually referred to in your design project of a private yacht for Steve Jobs in which both worked just before the Apple co-founder died.
Following the words of the spokesman for Apple, Starck has refused to comment.
