South Korea asks Apple to review its customer service system

Corea del Sur pide a Apple que revise su sistema de atención al cliente

It is not the first time that South Korea pushes Apple to make it obedient to the laws governing the country on behalf of clients. In June, the country got to offer Apple customers the AppStore a trial period of seven days applications and return them if they were to their liking. Now South Korea echoes the complaints of customers who were to be repaired iPhones and Apple complain that they are replaced by second-hand terminals. The politics of international customer service Apple always works the same way: when we have a problem with our iPhone, to take to the store, Apple will give us one that has been in the hands of another person and that has been repaired for some default.

Therefore, South Korea asks Apple to review its policies on customer service and asked that the company replace terminals with any other totally new problem within 30 days of having purchased this terminal.
