The Patent Registration Office to Apple in the U.S. has again rejected an application today for Apple which is detailed in a patent related to multi-touch screens, typical of the iPhone, iPod Touch and now, the iPads. Apple has applied for registration of this patent in January 2007 but was denied and therefore decided to appeal.
However, today again received bad news from the courts, as the committee has reviewed the case has proved right the first resolution saying that it is a very broad patent, which was adopted by other manufacturers in the market, and it contains no specific added by Apple to distinguish it from other multi-touch screens on the market.
