The consumer organization has accused Apple Facua in Spain for misleading advertising. Any customer who buys a product Apple will enjoy a two year warranty purchase, according to Spanish law. In this email, Apple encourages his clients to gain special package Apple Care Protection Plan, which extends the product warranty. But remember that the product Facua should remain under warranty and Apple is trying to make the customer think that your device is not protected and the year after the purchase.
Therefore, the consumer association reminds customers that Apple may request a refund if they purchased the Apple Care Protection Plan package thinking that the product warranty was exhausted.
