iOSx2 is a project that is underway PEACEMAKER which tries to allow a device to launch in two different versions of IOS operating system.
It is an interesting project, but also dangerous for the devices, because they are at risk of irreversible damage by changes made in it. However, if you are interested, it is highly recommendable to read the FAQ before following the tutorial for the "dual-booting" . Obviously, all content is in English, so if you do not have total command of the language, do not recommend attempting the process.
They are currently working on an application to install the dual boot automatically and also allows more easily switch between versions of IOS. The application will be in Cydia and although there is no release date, say that will be launched during the summer or autumn of 2012.
