Apple has a new opponent and a new legal battle: Via Technologies, a Taiwanese company that ensures that the Cupertino company has three patents copied when creating microprocessors that contain, among other devices, the iPhone and iPad. The roles of demand have not yet leaked to the network, which is not yet known patents allegedly violated.
Via Technologies seeks to halt sales of Apple devices containing microprocessors that type are in demand. This includes computers, iPods Touch, iPhones and iPads. In short, a wide range of products from one of the most valuable companies in the world.
Apple's legal team still has not commented on this claim as ambitious.
