As you know Limera1n bootrom is an exploit, that is, hardware-level and will forever and for all iOS take out (for iPhone 4, iPad Touch iPod 4G), its only flaw is that it is tethered.
For this exploit to stop working Apple would have to modify the device internally, with the new release of the iPhone 4 CDMA is possible that Apple has taken the trouble as it did in its day with the iPhone 3G. If so, there is also the possibility that the change to the iPhone 4 today, and we Limera1n devices unmodified.
Hopefully this will not happen. If there is hope that Apple has not discovered another exploit that has not yet been published: Shatter.
