IPhone users in Finland are not happy with their phones as low temperatures appear to prevent normal operation. Thus, thousands of consumers brought their complaints to consumer affairs office of Finland, which has given them reason and asks Apple to reimburse the money from their terminals. It is not the first time that customers complain for this reason.

But in all this story will find themselves with a little work: the small print of the Terms and Conditions of iPhones recommended not to use the terminals in low temperature conditions. How will this battle began in a country where Nokia queen?
