While HTML5 allows Web Apps (or Web applications) look increasingly "less web", is also true that the distribution model Apple, Google and other favors to native applications.

In general, the application stores (App Store) facilitate all processes from the user: mobile content discovery and installation, both free and paid apps.

And now look at the graphics:

  • The average user install IOS 88 of the 20 separate applications that are preloaded on IOS devices.
  • 23% of downloads from mobile applications iOS charges.
  • The use of games represents 32% of the use of native applications on IOS devices (not counting mail or telephone).
