Pod2g twitter just announce that it has found a new vulnerability. Apparently is in the firmware 4.3 beta, and it is very possible that is also in the final version of IOS 4.3.
This is an exploit untethered, ie unleashed. This means that using the exploit Limera1n joined this new security hole can jailbreak iOS untethered to be 4.3 to no end that this vulnerability is in the final version of firmware.
It seems that most hackers are now focusing on IOS 4.3 jailbreak
