Untethered in Jailbreak 4.2.1 (Mac)

On Friday Sphere warned us of a possible jailbreak untethered, although a few days ago that left RedSn0w 0.9.7 beta 5 and you must be registered as a developer.

The new version fixes these problems with Bluetooth, plus it is not necessary to reset the device if you have tethered and after the jump I indicate the qualification and procedure.

This jailbreak method requires:

- Be registered as a developer and also the device UDID jailbreak.

- SHSH stored in the firmware 4.2 beta Cydia 3.

- Firmware 4.2 Beta 3.
iPad - 1 - 2 - 3
iPhone 3G - link
iPhone 3G - link
iPhone 4 - 1 - 2 - 3
iPod Touch 2G - link
iPod Touch 3G - link
4G iPod Touch - 1 - 2 - 3

To begin, as indicated in the title, we need a Mac. If we already have done the following:

1 .- Open Redsn0w and chose our current firmware, select the original 4.2.1 firmware from Apple.

2 .- Select (if we do not have Cydia) Cydia Install or remove (if you are tethered).

3 .- Here we mark Jailbreak Monte (untethered) and look for the 4.2b3 firmware downloaded from the links shown above. Next.

4 .- We turn off the iPhone / iPod / iPad without unplugging.

5 .- Procedemosaraiasee the operating steps on the screen says: 3 seconds lock, home + lock 10 seconds, 10 seconds home.

6 .- RedSn0w be put into operation, put the exploit limera1n and reset the device.

7 .- unplugged if we already enjoy untethered jailbreak

Proven 3G iPad former estate and is tethered ;) ... If someone uses Skype to get off Redsn0w version 0.9.7 Beta 6.
