It is possible that ye ever encountered this error in iOS4 to install a theme or program, especially if it comes from a previous firmware. The error is very common in the iPad.
This dependence is "absurd" because the package 'gsc.wildcat' is not even in Cydia, but can be solved in a very quick and easy.
We entered through SSH or iFile the path / System / Library / CoreServices / SpringBoard.app and edit the file K48AP.plist.
We go all the way down and mark the line where 'wifi'> 'true', under type 'wildcat'> 'true' as it comes highlighted in the picture. Keep order and sticks to the same height.
Restart the iPad, we entered back to Cydia and get off the "offending package, now with nothing to say.
