The iPad 2 could take a screen Retinal Display as his younger brother, the iPhone 4. In version 1.1 of the App iBooks for iPad images appeared to prove it.
The new resolution is 1536 x 800 pixels, against the normal 768 × 400p. Being exactly twice, there are few doubts: The iPad will Retina Display 2.
This would not involve any real headache for developers because, as happened with the iPhone display 4 and the retina, x2 need only multiply the dimensions of the images.
