Facetime icon in the new iOS 4.3

Apparently Apple has decided to redesign the iOS 4.3 the icon to place a video call Facetime. Still no details have been leaked as if this will be the final design (because this seems pretty basic) and to which devices will be available (shown on the iPhone "4?).
