Jay Freeman has just added a new feature to the App Store for iPhones with jailbreak, Cydia. It's called Theme Center and you can find on the main screen of the application.
Theme From Center can download and buy songs for your iPhone, whether or not to Retinal Display.
This development is part of the changes being made in Cydia Saurik to make it more comfortable, the last was a way to manage your account and download the packages purchased when you restore.
