Cydia Saurik server has moved, and building the movement has added a new option, "Manage Account" or in Spanish "Manage Account" in it you can see what you bought, which as you know is associated with your Facebook account or Google.
It also allows you to reinstall packages purchased when you restore the iPhone.
If an application has a different pay system than the Cydia, for example BiteSMS not appear.
You can find this option in the main screen of Cydia.
