The medical sector has also been present at CES 2011. For the domestic sector there have been a couple of accessories that allow us to use our IOS devices to measure blood pressure or pulse:

This is a dock whose primary function is to keep our blood pressure and monitored by the application including the patient able to track or even share the results of the major social networks.
This accessory can be used with batteries that get up to 100 readings but also have the ability to connect directly to the mains.

iPhone Withings:
Withings iPhone's main competitor is iHealth as it performs the same function as the latter. Withings iPhone also has a free application through which we view the results, store them in an online account or share it on any network.
Withings iPhone is already sold at a price of 129 USD / 129 €.
