It seems that Apple has developed a new Twitter account dedicated to the App Store. The main purpose of this account is to have the users informed of new applications, updates and offers that come out on the app store for IOS devices.
Hopefully Apple gets the most out of your new account and use it to promote interesting applications sometimes do not receive proper attention.
