Apple has filed a new complaint to Nokia this week (and we have almost lost count of how many claims are filed each company). As alleged in the Cupertino company, Nokia has violated Apple's patent Europe on the scroll bar to use with your finger when you surf the mobile phone.
For its part, Nokia has filed about 37 lawsuits alleging that Apple has copied patents by the European company. Since then, lawyers for both companies should not stop or sleep.
