Ringer App Switcher lets you change the volume slider to the phone ring while listening to music. Usually while listening to music only you can change the volume of music, but not the iPhone in general, this amendment can do so from the bar of multitasking, where an icon like you see in the picture below.
It only works on 4.2 + iOS
Do not add icons or options.
You can download it for $ 0.99 in Cydia.
You need to be jailbroken.
