It seems that Apple has begun to approve applications that use functions that will be officially introduced iOS update 4.3. For example, StreamToMe has added support for streaming via AirPlay, a function that does not yet exist in IOS 4.2 and that will be exclusive new firmware.
This means that iOS 4.3 is just around the corner, last week released the second beta, and it appears likely that the third morning. Apple releases usually between 4 and 5 betas and GM version provided before the final release, so we can calculate that 4.3 iOS appear in mid to late February.
