- Open iTunes on Mac or PC.
- Click on the iTunes Store button in the upper right.
- Click on the App Store button on the top to navigate through the different categories or type the name of the application you want to give directly to the search box on the top right corner.
- Once you locate the application you want to offer, simply click on the arrow next to the buy button and choose the Gift App
- In the next window that appears, you will have to choose to send the gift via email or print and give to another person. The only difference is that in the printing method does not need to enter an email address and the gift will be delivered in hand.
- Complete all information and click on continue.
- At this point you will be prompted to enter your iTunes password to continue the purchase process.
- iTumes displays a summary order data. If everything is correct, click on Buy gift.
- Once confirmed, you will see a page confirming the purchase of the gift.
Certainly a very interesting way of giving an application and for many a very good gift, especially if the application or applications are carefully chosen.
