Surely, if you're a Mac user, you will be well acquainted with the option to save a web page in PDF format to easily share the file so universally, save it for later printing or simply store it on your hard drive. This is achieved rapidly from Safari on Mac OSX, the path from the File - Print - PDF - Save As PDF.
But what if we want to perform the same operation from the Safari browser on our iOS device? Is where we are still a limitation natively wanting to save a web page as a PDF file show em iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. So today we present you a tweak from Cydia that will bring down this barrier and to perform this conversion.
The tweak PDF Printer for Safari, as we have said, adds great functionality to iOS, and is neither more nor less than allow conversion of any web page into a PDF file, saving it to the device via Safari.
The procedure is very simple: once open the desired web page, it will take "tap" on the share button on the bottom bar of Safari. Once done, just need to select the "Print" and select PDF. Thus, automatically create a PDF file which can open or save wherever we want, always with the proviso that we have an application that can open and manage such files ( iFiles , SmartOffice two or PDF Reader Lite , among others ).
Then, if we want to continue browsing Safari after conversion, just have to refresh the web page of the browser window.
Remember that to install this tweak, we have made our device jailbreak, finding PDF Printer for Safari Cydia and, more specifically, in the BigBoss repository, completely free of charge.
