Wordament, Microsoft's first iOS game with Xbox Live achievements lands on the App Store

Just a few hours ago, has come to the App Store the first game throwing Mircrosoft for Apple's operating system with Xbox Live achievements. The game, called Wordament, which is already well known to users of Windows Phone, is a project that was carried out in parallel by two employees of Windows Live, which was later acquired by Windows Game Studios.

By having the platform integration with Xbox Live, you can access the game through Xbox account or Hotmail account (Hotmail, SkyDrive or Windows 8). However, you can also play as a guest, the only thing is that under this condition shall not be eligible to score rankings.

Wordament it's a word game two minutes in real time, to play with anyone connected concurrently. It has a board of dimensions 4 × 4, where women have to form words by sliding your finger across the rows, horizontally, vertically or diagonally.

After each game, scores are presented in real time, which includes both the words found and lost by the player, the words found per second, the average score and the average length of word.

With an interface available in 39 languages, and themed puzzles available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Swedish and Dutch Wordament is a word search game, which binds to other similar titles, such as letterpress or Apalabrados .
