Notificator, improved notifications. Soon available

Notificator is a tweak that will allow us to customize notifications of IOS and add a few more events that are not natively notified.

We will be able to add events notifications to load / unload, WiFi, Bluetooth, application ...

Placing you one example, the battery notification so that now it throws an alert type (introduced in IOS of 5), and change the sound of them.
