Many developers have taken advantage of success in the App Store to launch applications with similar functions or even very similar names. The goal: to mislead customers and generate revenue using an appropriate practice.
Games like "Tiny Birds" or "Ninja Angry Birds" took advantage of the great name of "Angry Birds" and "Tiny Wings" to appear with the creation of Rovio when a user searches the title in the App Store. There were even games like "Birds Kart" which made use of birds with the same aesthetic as the stars of "Angry Birds".
Apple finally puts an end to these copies. During these days has removed dozens of games developers who used these practices to trick users and, indirectly, to "steal" revenue from the original authors.
A problem has been present in the App Store since its inception and that always causes controversy, as Apple takes the time to eliminate this type of fraud. If your measurements to accept applications in the App Store are so strong, why constantly filtered these copies?
