Status is not a new modification of Cydia which removes the bar of your Springboard Springboard, leaving a clean and simple appearance.
You can use this particular tweak to improve your favorites and to install some required to have no status bar. The cons are clear: you can not use gestures Activator in the bar, as we used to activate almost all SBSettings.
