Springboard Enhancer: Improve Your Springboard (Cydia)

Springboard Enhancer gives you the ability to put 5 icons per row in the Springboard and the dock, also in folders or in the bar of multitasking. It also lets you place the icons anywhere on the screen. It also includes an option to turn off the screen as a former television to block.

Not compatible with Scrollingboard.
