With Barrel can add effects when you go from page to Springboard applications. Now you can also add the effect Flippy (very similar to the effect of multitasking IPAD) with version 1.5.4 of Barrel.

Requires iOS 4. (Support for 3.x beta)

Does not work on iPad.
