Volume App Switcher is a new tweak that has appeared in Cydia, its utility is very simple, App Switcher adds Volume to control the volume slider bar in Now Playing, you can see in the picture below.
Do not add icons or menu configuration settings, install and go.
You can download it for $ 0.99 in Cydia.
You need to be jailbroken.
