And not me (although I think), says a study that evaluates the reliability FixYa four smartphone manufacturers: Apple, Samsung, Nokia and Motorola. The study of 722,558 requests for troubleshooting. From this data was calculated the ratio between applications and market share of problems, resulting in a score to each provider.
According FixYa, the iPhone is almost 3 times more reliable than Samsung phones, 5 times more than those of Nokia and 27 times more than the Motorola.
Perhaps one of the reasons that Apple users still rely on the reliability of its products. There are times when it's worth spending a huge amount of money if you know it is well spent.
Within this study is interesting to see which are the top five problems that users have complaint.
Apple
1. Battery life - 35%
2. Lack of new features - 20%
3. Lack of Personalization - 15%
4. Unable to connect Wifi - 15%
5. Other - 15%
Samsung
1. Microphone Problems - 40%
2. Problems with speakers - 20%
3. Battery life - 15%
4. The device heats up - 15%
5. Other - 10%
Nokia
1. Response time - 35%
2. Poor Ecosystem Apps - 20%
3. Battery life - 20%
4. The device heats up - 15%

Motorola

2. Problems with display - 25%
3. Speaker Quality - 20%
4. Camera Quality - 15%
5. Other - 10%
It is not surprising to find the problem of poor battery life in 3 of the 4 manufacturers. Moreover, it is curious that while in the case of Samsung's problems are mostly with the device hardware, Apple also concern in your operating system. Apple still maintains its flagship the first on this list, ahead of the huge list of models from other companies like Samsung (Galaxy Note / S / Ace, Wave, Ativ ...), Nokia (Lumia, Windows Phone, Asha, PureView ...) or Motorola (Razr, Electrify, Atrix ...).
