A couple of weeks ago we discovered a method to skip the lock screen of any iPhone with iOS 6, without needing to know the user's password. Just had to follow a few simple steps to do so. Apple admitted that it was a security flaw and fix it in future updates. The beta 2 of iOS 6.1.3 and ends this ruling, but has now discovered another method to bypass this safety set by the user.
In this case, to access the desired iPhone, we have to follow the steps in the video that heads this article. This security flaw exploits a snapshot in black on the iPhone, to access it without having to know the password and using the USB cable connected to a computer with iTunes.
Our iPhones are still therefore vulnerable in this regard. iOS 6 is sinning many security flaws, a pending issue for Apple. We wonder if the final version of iOS 6.1.3 fixes this bug discovered a few hours ago, but we can expect that Apple is already working on it and now that has been publicly disclosed.
Hopefully iOS 7 offers new ways to protect our iOS devices and they are safer.
