PowerSaver is a new application available in Cydia that will run preset actions when you left a certain percentage of battery. You can configure up to 14 actions: lower the brightness, upload, play a song, raise or lower the volume, make a respring, lock, turn off , reboot, go into Safe Mode, put it in airplane mode, turn off the Wifi, etc..
Configured properly can help you save power for example.
