There is little doubt on this subject: Syria and previous works on jailbroken devices, but this does not mean they will soon be available, hackers who have achieved (and stroughtonsmith Chpwn) have already said they did not release to the public, that we only have to prove you can.
Now we explain why a few weeks ago: Siri carry a previous device required to use Apple's code, which is illegal, and is the prime reason why the jailbreaks are late, get a coded jailbreak Apple is easier than write it all by yourself, but it is completely illegal.
While this is so we will not see Siri in previous devices. There are two possible solutions: the first is that someone will post "illegally" (which Apple will block it) and the second someone gets applied without using Apple's code (which is really difficult).
