Tutorial: how to jailbreak 4.3.3 using untethered to iOS Redsn0w

With this tutorial you will be able to jailbreak 4.3.3 IOS untethered from Windows and from Mac

Works on iPhone 4, iPhone 3G, iPod touch 4G, 3G and iPod touch iPad 1. Not compatible with iPad 2.

NEED:

Firmware 4.3.3

RedSn0w

Windows

Mac

TUTORIAL:

Restore your iPhone normally from iTunes

(NOTE: If you want to upload the release to baseband then use Sn0wbreeze or PwnageTool)

NOTE 2: If you can not restore BB 06/15/2000, Sn0wbreeze or have to use PwnageTool.

Open Redsn0w

if you use Windows as an administrator and run it in compatibility mode with Windows XP SP2

Click browse:

Select the 4.3.3 firmware you downloaded

Click Next

If you have a 3G you will get a notice like this:

Select Yes if you have a new bootrom 3GS if not old bootrom

Select to install Cydia

In this step you can choose if you want to boot logo or the multitouch gestures on the iPhone 4.

Connect your iPhone, turn it off and follow the steps:

Power Press for two seconds

Without Power press release also Home for 10 seconds

Without letting loose Home Power and keep pressing Home for 15 seconds

Your iPhone will reboot

Take a little longer than normal.

Once you have restarted and Cydia on your Springboard.
