The war between Samsung and Apple flare up again. Following the decision a few days ago in which Samsung is bound to show some of its smartphones, and tablets to Apple, now is the Samsung's legal team who sought to gain access to the prototypes and final product of the iPhone and iPad 3 5 .
As with Apple, Samsung's lawyers only have access to the prototypes of Apple to see if there is any violation of patents so the engineering team stays completely on the sidelines.
Will the Korean company access to Apple's flagship products?
