Everything related so far to the next iPhone are nothing more than speculation. Some theories are taking more power than others and one of them is that the next phone might have a larger screen (with a total of 4 inches). In the past, Apple announced it had entered into negotiations with Japan but did not specify what kind of agreements reached with it.
Today, Toshiba has announced it will begin producing screens between 3.3 and 4 inches for mobile devices with high definition (720 x 1280). If we connect ideas, little can be left to the imagination.
