The Infini-Dev team has managed to carry iOS Installer 4.0 to 4.3.3.
Installer was what we used before there Cydia. An application installer that many miss because of its speed (mostly) and its ease of use. It is not yet compatible with the Cydia repo.
You can try adding the repo for free:

IOS need to jailbreak 4.3.3.
